This hat is very easy and is made with any type of yarn. Cast on 32 stiches and work in garter stich for nine inches.bind off. Do this twice in two diferent colors and then lay one on top of the other.Sew both sides together with a darning needle and yarn. Flip right side out. Turn the hat so the seams lay in the center. Sew top. You can add tassles to the points on the top by cutting a 4 by 4 piece of cardboard and winding yarn around 60 to 100 times depending on how thick you want your tassles to be . Tie yarn around the top and make firm. Pull yarn off cardboard and cut bottoms of yarns. Wrap string around the tassle an inch down from the first tie on the top. You can make two and attach them two the opposite color side.
